Strengths Deployment Inventory

The Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI) is based on Elias Porter’s Relationship Awareness Theory. The assessment includes a bundle of reliable and valid tools in one complete assessment.

It measures your motivations under two conditions: 1) when things are going well, and 2) when you are faced with conflict. The assessment also measures two uses of strengths – your productive strengths and overdone strengths.

The SDI provides you with an awareness of your motivations and how you can better leverage your strengths based on your motivations. Many leaders use this assessment to gain insight for themselves, but the SDI is even more powerful when a session is facilitated for the entire team. Team members participating in a session gain a greater understanding of themselves and learn a new language to help them navigate team conflict.
