Too busy to develop yourself?

Leaders by nature are busy individuals.  You don’t have time to Incorporate lengthy development programs into your schedule – especially when the experience isn’t customized to your unique needs.

Participating in a leadership feedback assessment packs personalized insight into a small time committment.

COMPLETELY ONLINE

The entire experience can be completed without leaving your office.  You will participate in a short online orientation.  Then you will deploy the assessment through an online platform on a day you choose.  Your results will be shared with you via email and a virtual meeting with your facilitator.

CUSTOMIZED INSIGHT

You will receive feedback from a variety of sources including your leader, your peers, and your direct reports.  You decide who will be invited to complete the assessment.  Data from the assessment includes both quantitative and qualitative data.  Your facilitator will help you interpret your results.

SMALL TIME COMMITMENT

The time that most leaders spend on the assessment process is less than 8 hours spread out over the course of several weeks.  Your facilitator will help you develop your initial development goals.  Time spent on development activities varies based on individual development needs.
